No Call, No Show Policy:
The goal of DeKalb O’Hare Limousine Service is to provide quality transportation in a timely and efficient manner. To be respectful of other guests traveling with DeKalb O’Hare Limousine Service, a “no call, no show” policy has been implemented.
A cancellation of a minimum of four hours prior to your reservation can be made with No penalty. We advise all guests that if they are not going to make their flight in which they have a guaranteed reservation, to please call our 1-877-367-5525 immediately and notify us of the change of plans. This includes international flights. If your travel plans change, we can not guarantee vehicle availability or pricing for any reservation changes.
All reservations are assigned by 7:00 pm the preceding day.
To avoid being billed as a “no-show”, please be at the designated pick-up location, and do not leave your location without contacting us first at:
A failure to cancel or be present for your guaranteed reservation will result in a full fare charge.
Holiday fees enable us to offer service on holidays. The charge offers our drivers an incentive to be available on certain holidays. Without it, we simply could not offer service on those days. Availability of reservations may be limited, and a holiday charge will be applied on the following holidays:
- Independence Day
- New Year's Eve
Like many of our guests traveling to spend holidays with family, so are many of our staff. We can not guarantee reservations on the following major holidays:
- New Year's Day
Holiday fees will also be applied to the major holidays listed above.
